GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

• These General conditions of  Sujatha Travels are the conditions on which  Sujatha Travels carries any person/s having the valid ticket/e-ticket for the journey and their property and these conditions shall apply to each ticket issued by  Sujatha Travels and each contract to carry any person entered with  Sujatha Travels., Any reason who travels on a  Sujatha Travels service shall be considered to have agreed to be carried on these General Conditions of  Sujatha Travels.

  1.     This agreement is made between Sujatha Travels (“Us”) and The User (“You”), the individual, whose details are set out in the User Registration page 

  2.     This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the customer and Sujatha travels with respect to this Web Site and it supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral, or written, between the customer and Sujatha travels with respect to this Web Site. A printed version of this agreement and of any notice given in electronic form shall be admissible in judicial or administrative proceedings based upon or relating to this agreement to the same extent and subject to the same conditions as other business documents and records originally generated and maintained in printed form.

  3.     Children above 5 years age should take a full ticket for obtaining seat.There is no half ticket and children below 5 years can travel without ticket and no separate seat will be allotted

  4.     Allotment of seat(s) is subject to availability at the time of final confirmation.

  5.     The management reserves the right to cancel/modify the seat allotment or program without any prior notice.

  6.    The management reserves the right to change the vehicle type without any prior information and the charge for that particular type of vehicle will be collected

  7.     Modifications or Transfer on confirmed e-ticket(s) is not possible.

  8.     All the passengers should adhere to the instructions/guidelines given by our agent/representative time to time during the entire journey

  9.     All the passengers should assemble in the vehicle half an hour prior to the time of departure .No claim for refund will be entertained after the departure of the vehicle.This is applicable at both ends of the journey.In  that case passenger has to take some other mode to continue the journey entirely at his/her risk and the company will not take any responsibility.

  10.     The Company is not responsible for any loss, theft or damage to your luggage(s)

  11.   Carrying contra bond material prohibited by the Government & Explosives is strictly prohibited inside the vehicle

  12.   Keep your profile up to date by providing a valid address and valid phone number(s).

  13.   Submission of a printed copy of the e-Ticket  is imperative. Failing this, the passenger must provide the Xerox Copy of the relevant Valid Photo ID Proof and also the PIN number provided by us at the time of booking. (This is possible only while the boarding is done well ahead of the boarding time). If the conditions are not met then the passenger will not be permitted to board the vehicle.

         14. Refund and Cancellation: We provide 100% refund/ reallocation to all if  

            the Trip is cancelled due to any technical or non technical issues at our end.

            We will deduct 25% if cancelled before 3days of the date of journey,50% if 

            cancelled before 24hours of the date journey,75% if cancelled before  

            12hours of date of journey and NO REFUND will be given if cancelled  less

        15. Pricing:  Our present rates are Rs750.00/person  for travel by Swaraj

               Mazda and Rs900.00 for travel by Tempo traveler. No separate charges for

               advance booking
